#aaJeeteHainChal🏊🚴🏃 👉Unusual to my routine, day starts bit late 🛌for me again and I set myself to go for another less distant run🏃. 👉Let's go to next step what I do after run.🤗 I come back, have some salted water and a mixture of diluted protein. 🥣Whenever we try to mix powder with water or some useful liquid,🥛 it will leave out lumps around the mixture. 🍃 👉The water needs to fill in small quantity and mix it well 🌀then another slot of water and so on, that's the way to clear all lumps. 🌻 👉Similarly, When we are beginning to learn some technology,🤖 we just rush towards head to head implementation and further use but throughout this process 🤹we intend to miss out on basics or usage of tool.🧘 👉Seems to be not useful since we are able to go ahead anyways, 🌚further you will find yourself more complex at each step.💥 👉While running 🏃I have a clear thought to absorb or face off all sorts of trouble,🌬️ it shouldn't be the obstacle 🤐when I need to push myself for longer runs ahead.👣 If things go by your will great, if they don't better still(mann ka ho to acha, na ho to or bhi acha)🌪️🔥 #alwaysBelieve#dashKeto#breatheIn#breatheOut#keepMotivating#cancerSurvivor🥑🤔 Donot pray for an easy life, pray for the strength to endure a difficult one.

What do you do to decompress at the end of the day? What is your wind down routine before bed? Do you have one? ⁣ ⁣ I’m a heavy sleeper, so I never thought I needed one. I would eat, drink wine, watch tv, and then fall into a coma, literally in seconds. ⁣ ⁣ It’s what so many of us do. We work all day where we don’t have to focus on ourselves, then we find ways to numb out, avoid and detach in the evening. Think about it. Watching tv, cocktails with dinner, caring for children, even spending time socializing allows us to detach from ourselves. ⁣ ⁣ For me, it’s super important to take at least 30 minutes before bed, with no distractions, and just sit quietly and meditate and/or journal on the day. This allows me to process my experiences versus avoid them, and unwind both mentally and emotionally. Then I go sleep with a clear, relaxed mind. 😊⁣

I am not in hurry at all but I can't give up whatsoever the practice interval left. #BMM#1st#official🌄 👉Have a eye on the speed with which lot of runners run daily, 🏃I am way far and it's not a worry either it just add boost to my life in many ways. 🌪️ 👉Interesting to see how people felt bored with regular diet🥛 if they follow any.
